How to Play

Controls -

Arrow/WASD - Movement

Space/Enter/J - Interact

Mouse - Button Pressing

Rules-

Muscle: You want to gain this!

Fat: Fat burn rate is based on Muscle. If fat is too low, Hunger goes down.

Hunger : Muscle gain rate is based on this value. If it is too low, muscle is lost instead.

Energy : Needed for Working out! Clients will leave the gym when energy is spent.

Items -

Weight: Handing weights to Clients will Make them spend energy faster, and gain muscle at a higher rate, but becareful!!! if your hunger is too low, muscle will atrophy faster!

Juice: Gives the client a flat boost to Fat, Hunger and Energy! It counts against your daily fat burn count tho.. so... maybe not so good.

Upgrade Purchase:

You can buy upgrades with the "MUSCLE GAIN" and "FAT BURN" you achieved for the day.
